I called about the AC unit not cooling properly and also not blowing enough. They had a tech out within 2.5 hours, found the issues, and repaired them for a reasonable rate.

Superb service. My A/C wasn't cooling on a saturday night. I called Ward Plumbing and they had not one but two technicians at my house on a sunday morning! The technicians took time to explain the issues and options for repair with the A/C unit in terms I could understand. This is the second time I have called these guys and they came thru again. Thank you Ward Plumbing and Heating!

Boone and Steve were very helpful with what we thought was going to be a BIG repair to our bathroom leak. The guys made it easy as it was an unexpected major expense for me. Root in drain pipe under foundation causing pipe to break, concrete to crack, water to seep into basement. They had to dig out more than originally thought but did not charge me more than thefirst quote. Cleaned up after. Will definitely use them again.

was told they had a crew to do handyman type jobs. Sent two unskilled laborers & supplied cheap material. Would recommend not hiring this outfit.

Boone and Steve were very helpful in getting the cabinets repairs. I had to replace the old drawer slides. The work quality was excellent. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Very good customer service. They called to let me know they were running late do to some emergency calls. Highly recommend.

I have used Ward plumbing and heating three times in the last 2 month each time for something different. 1st was replace a water shutoff, 2nd was install toilet and new shutoff and vanity and sink, 3rd was fix water heater. "Boone" worked on all of these things and did a great job. they are easy to work with and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
The job was bigger than originally thought, but they stayed until it was 100% done, and I'd recommend them to anyone. They did such a fine job with the clogged drain that I'm going to have them do a diagnostic check on my furnace.

I received a prompt reply and got a prompt, very reasonable bid. The work was scheduled right away and not only did they do a good job of installing the faucet and strainers, they fixed a leak in a pipe I discovered the night before while they were here, saving a second trip. I was very happy and impressed with the quality of work.
