Logan showed up over 2 hours late with very little communication, which should have been my first red flag. During the quote, he applied pressure to hire him on the spot and even warned he?d add a fee if we didn?t decide immediately. After hiring him (only because he dropped his price last minute), the job turned into a mess. He didn?t have the proper materials or tools, left multiple times for hours with no updates, and at one point couldn?t even complete a key part of the job we ended up finishing that portion ourselves. Despite all the delays being caused by his lack of preparation, he still added an extra $50 to the agreed price at the end. Poor communication, wasted time, and didn?t honor his quote. Save yourself the headache and go with someone more reliable.

Logan did a great job install a transfer switch and whole house surge protector for our circuit breaker box. He was thorough and communicated very well with our electrical needs. He made the install very easy and I feel very confident in his work. Will definitely reach out to him for future projects!

My partner and I have recently moved to Columbus, Ohio, and the condo needed some electrical work. I called Ward's Services through angi's list. I told Logan (owner of Ward's Services) what we needed to get done, and started right away fixing our problems. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and fixed everything for us! Logan went above and beyond our expectations, and is by far the most skilled licensed electrician that I've ever hired! I would highly recommend Ward's Services to anyone that wants electrical work done! What I appreciated the most was after he finished, he explained what was done clearly and in a manner that I could understand. Logan IS the standard for excellence in his field! Bravo Logan! Very thorough and reasonably priced. He also was able to get to me right away and offered to come back the next day to complete services. He also completed a few other jobs at a great rate. Definitely recommend!

Fix a ceiling fan that would not work. Gray job and I plan to use him again for other projects.

He was honest. The other company sent by Angie tried to charge 6,000 for work that was not needed. Wards came found the problem and fixed it for 200.00. Definitely will be hiring him again for my next project.

He was an hour and a half late, no call...only got 2 of the 3 fans replaced by 9 pm, so I asked him to leave it was getting late. He charged me the full price...cannot do business like that.

Logan was so knowledgeable about everything he was doing. Not only that, he made sure we could stay in our home while he worked on our electric panel. He brought us heaters and a generator to help us with heat and some power for our home. This young man knows exactly what he is doing. Went out of his way to make sure we were ok.
