Did a wonderful job for our project. Was dedicated to finishing the job on the same day as he promised. Even came back the next day to double check everything. Would absolutely call them again for any future electrical services we would need.

He was great. Not only did he do the job needed, he made sure that it was done safely, and that there were problems with any of the other parts of our electrical box. He was polite and professional. He talked to me not at me because I didn't know how to explain what needed. His a great person, and his prices are very reasonable. Thank you for your help.

Efficient and upfront on pricing. Another company was not honest and tried to tell us our whole electric panel needed replaced as it a was fire hazard at an estimate of 14K. This was not the issue. Our fuse box not that old. Wards installed surge protector since fuses sometimes trip and plugged up some holes that was causing a whistle sound. There is still a slight whistle sound but not coming from panel probably from gaps in window and not a fire hazard. Fixed for around 500$. Always get a second opinion.

Logan was great! He responded quickly and scheduled same day. He diagnosed the problem and called AEP. He worked with AEP and got the main problem fixed, plus installed additional outlets that were damaged, as well as a surge protector. Everything was fixed in one afternoon, the day before Easter. We are very happy!

My partner and I have recently moved to Columbus, Ohio, and the condo needed some electrical work. I called Ward's Services through angi's list. I told Logan (owner of Ward's Services) what we needed to get done, and started right away fixing our problems. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and fixed everything for us! Logan went above and beyond our expectations, and is by far the most skilled licensed electrician that I've ever hired! I would highly recommend Ward's Services to anyone that wants electrical work done! What I appreciated the most was after he finished, he explained what was done clearly and in a manner that I could understand. Logan IS the standard for excellence in his field! Bravo Logan! Very thorough and reasonably priced. He also was able to get to me right away and offered to come back the next day to complete services. He also completed a few other jobs at a great rate. Definitely recommend!

Fix a ceiling fan that would not work. Gray job and I plan to use him again for other projects.

He was honest. The other company sent by Angie tried to charge 6,000 for work that was not needed. Wards came found the problem and fixed it for 200.00. Definitely will be hiring him again for my next project.

He was an hour and a half late, no call...only got 2 of the 3 fans replaced by 9 pm, so I asked him to leave it was getting late. He charged me the full price...cannot do business like that.
