Mark & Traci were great to work with. Mark suggested options that were less expensive than what we originally thought we would go with. We made some changes by adding gates and increasing the sizes of other gates with no problems. The finished product looks great and is well constructed. Definitely adds value to our property. I would certainly recommend Ware Fencing to anyone that is wanting a quality product at a very reasonable price! I had others provide estimates for pine fencing (not cedar) that were higher than Mark's quote. Mark used all cedar and it is simply first class! I'm very happy that I gave Mark's group a chance; you should too.

My fence project with Ware Fencing was a complete success. The estimate was thorough and fast, and the job began the next day. The crew was very friendly and hard-working, and the workmanship was excellent. They even helped with some tree trimming at a good price and my yard was very clean at the end of the job. we had some misunderstanding about just how the fence would be installed. We got it resolved but had to do the "negotiations"via phone as Mark was in Tampa. I had assumed he would be on the job. In his favor, I needed the fence installed quickly and Mark complied. I just didn't know he would be out of town during the installation. We also ,still, have a disagreement about the clearing away/hauling away the resulting shrubbery debris which resulted from the fence installation. In the end, I had to bundle it and haul it away.

"In regards to the fact that I wasn't in town on this project, the home owner was in a great rush to have this fence installed so I did the job as he requested. The job was complete exactly as I promised. The home owner even made last second changes and again I made the changes and still had the job completed in a very timely manner. The brush was supposed to be removed "PRIOR" to the installation. It was not so my crew did what they had to do to complete the job. We went above and beyond to make this installation happen as the home owner had requested. I am truly sorry he feels we were less then professional as we try to do the best on every job that we possibly can."

The owner, Mark Ware, is very knowledgeable, patient, and reliable. Entire old fence was removed and hauled away and new fence installed in two days flat. Great work crew, who worked fast, excellent quality, made practical design recommendations, accommodated neighbors, and completely cleaned up when finished. The price was fair and I would hire them again in a second. For those who want a quality fence job done right, I would highly recommend Ware Fencing.
