Said he started work at 7:30 but was not even at my house til 8:15 I told him 8:30. He cut a hole in drywall replaced pipe left hole open. Used my brand new water hose then tossed it onto carport without rolling it back up. Cursed, Made remark that everything he touched here turns to shit I had to leave at one point to go buy a part which I am not responsible for his unstocked truck. Charged me 924.00 After replacing the gas water heater and relighting it he lit his lighter and ran it over the pipes to check for leaks, had there been a leak it would have caught fire. Careless. The Invoice had no address of the company on it. The items are not itemized with a cost. Showed no receipts of parts or hourly wages. When I asked about the leaks in tub and shower he insists that he cut holes in drywall to totally replace old fixtures with new 1 handle fixtures quoting 1200.00 upwards. I do not want 1 handle fixtures. I do not recommend them until they resolve their fees and timing. Now I have to pay for someone else to finish the cosmetics and the other issues.
