This company was the only one who called and followed thru (by showing up) for my small job. I wanted a walking path around the perimeter of my entire property. What made my request unique was that I only wanted it between 3-4 feet. Warren Asphalt came out, took measurements and talked with me to really understand my project vision. Throughout the entire process he continually checked to ensure that I was happy with the results and that we were all on the same page. This was my first personal experience with a construction contract company AND having a Chip and Tar Path. I couldn t be more pleased with the results. My boys and I can ride bikes, walk and run right without having to leave home. I ve always wanted to do something like this but it s even more impactful during these Covid times.

Warren Asphalt is family owned and operated. Doug and his 2 brothers, and Terry, the father, were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for asphalt, chip and seal, or road base installation. I will call them first the next time I am looking for someone to perform this type of work. They were very pushy, then we were told when they could start, then started a week before the scheduled time without notification. Still have not received a receipt for the payment. Not given correct directions on the care of the asphalt once it was done. They did complete project quickly which was good, probably won't recommend them as there work was rather sloppy

"Warren Asphalt response, We are careful to do what the customer wants, but in this case Instructions came from a third party. We followed Instructions provided, for the price that was agreed upon, and provided the paperwork the customer ask for. The Customer did not return a signed contract or receipt as requested, did not respond to e-mail, or phone, and was not on site to inspect work as we finished the project ahead of bad weather. The customer also ignored instructions to not drive on surface immediately after it was laid. We have a long list of happy customers that know the quality of work we do, (You Cannot Please Everyone, These People Any Contractors Nightmare !!!)"
