Very responsive and professional. Quality work we have to roof removed and are waiting for the tile to be delivered. Very good company.

Arrived right on time for my scheduled appointment and provided a very thorough and professional assessment of my situation.

They came with a knowledgeable guy who bid the roof repair on the information that I gave him. They sent out an incompetent dim bulb to do the repair - I complained bitterly and they said it would be OK. I checked the repair work, took pictures and had to do the repair myself because they did such a sloppy job. I am still fixing their work. If they did not have the capability to perform the work, they should not have bid it.

The job looks good, I really will not know until it rains, if it works. On the other hand, Buster was the person I was dealing with. He always took so long to get back to me and let me know when they were going to do it. Than he emailed stating they would going to do it on a certain day, and they did not show he never called me to tell me that at all. I emailed him right away to ask if they were there on that day, it took him three days to get back to me. Now today when he wants his payment, which I am more than happy to give he is contacting me back and forth. I believe he did not give good customer service. Would I use them again, yes,

The customer service was great. Always got back to me with answers promptly to my questions and was very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied at all times. The issues for only 3 stars was due to lack of detail as to what was to be done regarding specifics to my house. If I wasn't there to check on the work, a series of mistakes would have been made. The specifics for this job were not written down properly and therefore not communicated to the site foreman. Fortunately, I was around to catch, clarify, and correct four major oversites by the crew.

I had a very good experience with Warren Roofing and Steve Krushl in particular. They were very professional, very clean and most importantly honest. They were not the cheapest which in my mind was a good thing. They also did not upsell me things that were not needed and did a quality job. I strongly recommend Steve for your roofing needs.

From the time Steve Krshul, the Regional Manager, answered the request for bid to the completion of the job he and his crews were very professional and thorough .The work flowed smoothly. The bid was reasonable. Steve was onsite often checking the progress and too see if I had any questions. The crew was very conscientious in leaving the work site clean with no debris anywhere daily. So from the eave repair to actually fixing a droop in my 55+ year home�s roof, to putting the roof on I would say a very professional and excellent job was done. An appointment was promptly scheduled. Their bid was within $150 of the least expensive. The work was completed on schedule. My renters asked that better clean-up be performed each night, once the contractor was notified this was completed every night. They were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.

The pricing for the repairs was reasonable and they gave us a discount for delaying the completion by 3 days. Their representative is very courteous and has promised to come in 6 months to make sure the roof leakage has stopped.

They did a very professional job. Steve was able to provide a lot of information regarding the different options in materials and level of repair that we desired. They finished the job in a timely manner and seem genuinely eager to please the customer.

The roofer provided very informative information regarding needed repairs, along with photos of the actual damage. He also provided some educational aspects as to the nature of performance of the natural slate roofing tiles. The work was done quickly and cleanly.

Awlays on time. Kept all appointments. Kept it clear exactly what I was orderng. It's hard to get excited about a roof, but this one does look good. The gutters finish it off beautifully.
