I think $370 paid in cash for a snaked out drain that took basically 15 minutes is very excessive.

I am happy with his work but it was more expensive than I think it should have been.

Hard working father and son. Responded to my urgent need to repair collapsed sump pump drainage line including coordination with utilities and town. Excavated and installed new line below grade. Installed a new pump with appropriate horsepower rating, all in lousy weather. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication. Work quality was excellent. Sympathetic to our needs and worked around late season weather to provide an emergency install of a new septic system when others wouldnâ t. Will hire again!

I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday on a Monday morning. I called to confirm details and was pleasently surprised when they were able to come that Monday afternoon due to a weather related resecheduling of a job. I received a text when they were on route and they arrived on time. They quickly accessed the situation and correctly identified the cause and location of the clogged drain. The Warrens, a father and son run business, were a pleasure to work with. Their communication throughout the incident was excellent. If fact I wil be using their service on additional plumbing work in the near furture.

Him and his son saved us! It was a last minute call and he came and got us up and running in no time. We had a flooded basement with no water usage and within a half an hour he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Would hire him over and over but l think his work is so impeccable that we wonâ t need him for this issue thankfully!

Started out great, then had issues with Onondaga County due to not following Design plans with Watershed Property. Left a giant mess in the backyard including broken pipe, bottles, cardboard and ungraded dumps of dirt. Front and side yard including driveway a mess. He understood my husband is disabled and not able to fix these. Now we have to somehow hire someone else to fix the mess. Not Happy! Over $16K paid.
