I called Warren after working with another company and getting a ridiculously high estimate. I looked on HomeAdvisor and Warren had a very good reputation. The service was night and day, Warren didn't charge an arm and a leg just to come out and look, in fact he didn't charge me anything, while the other company charged me a lot just to tell me what I already knew, that my sewage line from the 2nd floor bathroom was leaking and badly cracked. Warren didn't make a big stink out of the issue, he's a professional and to him it was just another day at the office. The other company acted like it was the worst plumbing disaster they've ever seen, no doubt this was to prep me for the insanely high quote they were about to dump on me. Warren arrived the day he said he would, removed all my old cast iron drain and replaced it with new ABS, everything was done professionally and on time, and for the price he estimated (which was a fraction of the other companies). Warren didn't try to sell me hundreds of dollars in service plans or rip and replace perfectly good existing piping, just a simple "here's my card, call if you have an issue". Warren even spent his time showing me the ins and outs of my steam boiler since this was my first house with steam. He's a good guy and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. A lot of times when you have electrical or plumbing needs you look to the big company and just trust their giving you an honest estimate because they're established, but give some of the smaller local guys a shot because it could save you thousands.

Warren repaired a leak to the main water line to the shower. He had to find where the leak was coming from because it was first noticed through the bottom floor ceiling. He did this in short order; then he repaired it quickly and effectively. His charge for this repair was very reasonable. He was very professional and courteous. We will use him again for plumbing service.

Warren called within 15 minutes of completing form on Homeadvisor and arrived at location at exact time stated on the same day. His estimate was very reasonable (less than half of another plumber). He showed up on the following day right on time and did a nice, professional job. Warren is also a very nice person who listens to your needs and comes up with the best plan at a very reasonable price. I will be calling him back on future repairs needed. I'd recommend Warren to anyone!

Warren's Plumbing contacted me within a half hour of making my request on the Home Advisor site. Warren, the owner, came the next morning and fixed my plumbing issue. He was very thorough and explanatory with everything he was doing. I am very pleased with the job he did, and would highly recommend him to anyone. I plan to use him again myself.

Worked quickly, didn't use water pressure, but did put in some type of valve. Gave me advice to help keep the pipes clean.

Other plumbers come and never get to the root of the problem. I had a whole house freeze up and he came three times off hours and did an amazing job. He knows how to service tankless water heaters which no one else in the area knows. He is responsive in every way except he was slow to pick up his payment. Regarding his charges, the insurance thought it was totally reasonable and reimbursed me.

Warren did a really great job of several small repairs and a faucet install job. He was friendly, easy to deal with and trustworthy. Great value for the money. He even did some grout scraping that wasn't part of what I hired him to do... he just saw I'd been struggling with it and spent a few minutes with it and really made a difference! I would definitely hire him again, and I recommend him highly!

I thought that the quality of work was good but he provided no estimate of what the job would cost and, in the end, I thought that I was overcharged.

I was in a situation that my regular plumber could not help due to a family emergency . I needed several lines of service removed and had one day to do it ! I put in my request through Service Magic @ approximately 7:00 a.m. by 7:35 was contacted by Warrens Plumbing he agreed to be there that afternoon ( even with the tight schedule he had that day he still accomodated me ! ) . A man of his word he came , did the requested task and was very reasonable ,professional and attentive to the details and needs to the project.Would I hire and reccomend him ? ABSOLUTELY !
