Warrior Disposal

Paid for a full year, never picked up trash, and never returned money after saying they would. Do not use Triple A disposal Warrior Disposal.

Lets start by saying I support all businesses that are veterans anything, that said it has been 3 weeks since they picked up our garbage, answered a phone call, or responded to an email. We CAN NOT REACH THEM AT ALL, voice mail is full as well. NOBODY in the area has had garbage pickup in 3 weeks.

They started out with two garbage containers; one regular and one recycle. They dump the recycling in the same truck as the regular garbage. They started our two pickups a week and reduced them to one and raised prices and now they miss pickups regularly. Their customer support is nonexistent; They do not answer the phone and it goes to voicemail but their voicemail is full. Hard to understand how much longer they can stay in business doing business in this manner.

I would give negative stars but that's not an option. This review is for their trash service or should I say the lack thereof! Once they have your money, the customer service is nonexistent! The Manager will never return your phone call if you leave a message! They hired a new receptionist, but I hope she quit considering the overwhelming call-ins and complaints! I have been trying to get a hold of them for the last 2 days and they have had so many callings and complaints that their voicemail is now full! They do not pick up at a consistent time or day! If what I have said is not enough for you, please just do not take my word for it. Go review the better Business bureau on this company. You will find that there is been enough complaints that they are started an investigation into their work practices and ethics. It might cost you a little more to go with another company, but anything has got to be better than these guys! Good luck

Paid for 2x week pickup but expect to constantly go weeks without pickup if you choose this provider. If you lucky to get your call picked up they lie and say trash will be picked up and give overused excuses as to why they missed scheduled pickups. I tried to support this veteran-owned business but it is not worth the hassle and frustration.

They are unethical they will charge you for services not rendered they will mock you hang up when confronted. They charge you $40 to cancel stating it is a cleaning fee, the can was left by the previous tenant still dirty with the trash when I got it. There is no contract it is paid in advance every 3 months as you go but somehow they think it is ok to charge you for months they did not even pick up if you do not have continuous service.

Company does not answer phone and the pick up schedule is erratic. The manager adds on cleaning fees when trying to leave the company and refuses to take into consideration that service is never on the scheduled day. Manager then hung up the phone and has not picked up the phone since.

I went with Warrior because it is supposed to be veteran-owned but they miss 30% of my trash pickups, they do not answer their phones or respond, and worst of all (IMO) they mix the recyclables with the trash, what is the point of offering recyclable service if they do not recycle it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. As a vet I always do my best to support veteran owned businesses. As a vet I also know that not all of us are great people or even great business people. We contracted Warrior about 6 or 7 months ago. Since we have started their service they have cancelled pick up more times than I can count. Most recently, they cancelled the scheduled service for Monday. They sent out a message saying not to worry, they would be out Tuesday. Tuesday came and went - no email, no text, no Warrior. Wednesday I called and was told someone would be out - meanwhile, I am being fined by my HOA. Regardless I left the cans out. Wednesday came and went - nothing. So now it is Thursday - 6:37 at the time of this post, and my trash is STILL sitting out, 4 days and broken promises later. Vet to vet - clean up your business. Your service is absolutely without question the WORST offering in the area. Your customer service is even worse than that. Yet, you have the audacity to continue to charge people for *services* you are barely providing.

They were very nice people to work with. They offered their service for a good price. The dumpster was well kept and in good condition. They gave me extra time and didn't charge me for it.

I switched from Metro Trash to Warrior because I liked the reduced traffic schedule (only 2 days picks) --good for kid safety, traffic, neighborhood and the environment writ large. However, our HOA (Fronterra @Westpoint) decided in committee we have to switch to Metro Trash that I left (yes, cost is slightly lower but they require 3 days of putting out trash bins and they don't pick up bottles!! Not sure who made this "sound decision." ) Warrior does stand out-- they only pick up 2 days and pick up bottles too!! I HIGHLY recommend this veteran friendly company. I'm sorry I have to say good bye! PS Shame on the one-star reviewer! It's people like you that create friction in our socieity and trash small businesses from flourishing!

They take care of your cans and place them nicely on the side so they aren't scattered all over the roads. Always on time or will come by next day (usually after a busy holiday).

After the Texas freeze of February 2021 my husband and I did not have our trash can out yet at 08:00! And these stand up guys ran up or driveway and still took care of business! I was contacted within an hour. We set up a day and the dumpster appeared in our driveway the evening before. Once we had it filled I let them know it was ready a few days early. It was gone when we returned from work in the evening on the same day. An excellent experience

Owner/operator was extremely professional and polite. He was prompt with delivering and picking up dumpsters. Even though it meant less revenue for him he suggested a less expensive way for us to accomplish what we needed to be done.

Joseph Gonzalez is the nicest guy. He responded to my request immediately and was ready to deliver a dumpster when I needed it. He gave me a great rate on a 20 yard dumpster for a week. He and his partner delivered this to my property personally and both were just sincerely kind and respectful. I never knew the best contractor to deal with this whole remodel would be the guy delivering my dumpster. Honestly, another company took my information and never called me back. I would highly recommend Warrior disposal for all dumpster needs. This owner really enjoys his business and clients and this kind of attitude cannot be faked. I hope to have the need to call on him in the future.

Joe G. with Warrior Disposal delivered a dumpster to my residence. Joe took four weeks to pick up his dumpster and when he did, he dumped the trash on the street of our City of San Antonio. Joe has no business ethics, no respect for our city and much less respect for customers. A police report has been filed and the illegal dumping reported to the City of San Antonio. Illegal Dumping is a CRIME!

The owner is dedicated...I mean committed to his work and his customers. I can't imagine using any other company. I almost feel like a paid endorsement, but that is just how good his company is. My contractor could not be more pleased with his responsiveness or fairness and professionalism. The best there is!

Joseph was on site at the designated delivery time (twice). With the first delivery of a dumpster, it was discovered it would not fit in the single lane carport. So, he waited and helped me contact the city to confirm the dumpster could be placed in front of the house on the street. When the first dumpster was full, he promptly picked it up (same day) and delivered a second dumpster (same day). He was professional and provided exceptional customer service. Next time I need a dumpster for a large project, I know who to call. Superior Customer Service!
