They answered my call quickly, and Came to give an estimate within 2 days. It was not a dire emergency. The quote for the work was right in line with other estimates given over the phone but Jeremy came out to check it. He also came in a reasonable time frame to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Another independent person that works with plumbers was impressed with the work.

Jeremy was GREAT to work with. His idea of good customer service is awesome as it makes his customer feel like he really cares they are satisfied. His pricing seems on the high side but- you get what you pay for. I will recommend A-Z Plumbing to my family and neighbors whenever the opportunity arises, and I would hire him again!
