Scott is the consummate professional. DOES NOT POWER WASH the roof which is critical. Arrived promptly. Courteous, thorough, careful and efficient. Price was more than fair for the work done. Took extra steps to ensure job was done right. Provided insurance info with his quote! (who does that?) Put tarps on all shrubs to protect them. Moved items from the porch to protect them as well. I hired Wash It Clean Restorations to remove some unsightly black streaks on the roof, and also to clean the siding of our Tudor-style home, where the cream-colored panels were showing serious mildew stains. Both the roof and siding now look absolutely beautiful! The company’s owner, Scott Whitmer, took pains to make sure all the vegetation was covered before he started work. Outstanding job!

He's so very busy that it took several phone calls to arrange appointment, but 100% satisfied with the roof cleaning. No power washing; no damage to shingles with his method. He covered the shrubs, did a thorough, thoughtful job!

I was looking for someone who DID NOT power wash the roof because of the possible damage to the shingles. Scott does not use a power washer. He treats your roof with asphalt friendly , biodegradable chemicals and a garden house. When he's finished it's a WOW job. I was amazed , and I got a 3 year guarantee to retreat any stains for free, if they should reappear. My roof looks brand new ( it's over 10 years old ). I got 3 estimates and his was the best in terms of price and how he cleans a roof. I never met him prior to him starting the job but I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job without any worry .
