Steve is great to work with! He had done a wonderful job cleaning up a neighbor's yard, so I decided to call the number on his sign. He came to see what I wanted done with the old landscaping just a few hours after we talked. He emailed me an estimate with 3 choices later that day, and I accepted one of the choices over the weekend. He and his helpers removed all the original 15-year old bushes & shrubs in the front, removed an overgrown grass in the back, trimmed & moved two grasses in the back, and cut back two garden areas. They removed old stones from 3 areas in the front & spread the stones around the shed. Then they installed new stones in 3 areas in the front & added a black border. I decided on rubberized mulch, and they installed about 175 bags of mulch in the front and back and added black borders in the front. They dug around 3 small trees & spread mulch in attractive mounds. These folks worked hard for 3 days! I think overall they took out at least 10 overgrown bushes & ground cover and made 2 trips to get rid of everything. I am very pleased with all the work done! Steve always cleaned up at the end of the day. He was polite & clearly explained what and how he would do the work. Steve would also consult me on certain items. I highly recommend Manicured Lawn Mafia for your lawn and garden landscaping needs! Steve and his helpers did a lot of work to make my property look great. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner!

He was really fast getting back to me! Very accommodating since I had a budget so he told what he could do! He gave me an estimate and he was able to do it under the budget! He did a thorough job! He checked in with me about a tree might more than the estimate and was able finish it a day and a half!

He was very prompt in responding to my initial request and he was very attentive, economically priced, and got the job done quickly.
