I purchased a home Jacksonville, NC from out of state and had called several companies to try and have the property maintained while I was still out if the area but none returned my calls.. Joe at washaholics got back to me immediately after I requested a quote on home advisor and was able to provide service withing 24hours. We did everything over the phone and I was even sent video of the finished work, which was great because I'm currently out if state! The work looks great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend checking out their services.

Earlier this week I requested a reliable lawn mower and before you sent me a notice that no one was available I received a call from Joey from Washaholics Cleaning, This guy arrived today around 9:45 a.m. and proceeded to decimate my lawn. I was in a state of shock to see what he did to my lawn. There are missed spots, he could not edge the lawn, he mowed down to the ground in spots, left clippings on my neighbors lawn which I now have to go clean up. My lawn was an embarrassment before because it was overgrown, but it now looks like a first grader performed this service. My neighbor saw me trying to bag the clippings which I had asked be removed and were not. We bagged 10 bags! And he saw I was walking with the assistance of canes. No compassion whatsoever. I do not understand the reviews because clearly I am left with the impression that if his work is as good as they say, then for me it was racial prejudice in what he did to my lawn and I never want to use home advisor again. You must somehow prevent unskilled people from accessing jobs that they have no expertise in. It is embarrassing.

When this company called and spoke to my husband he asked if they pick the grass up so it doesnâ t sit on our lawn and kill it and they said yes. Unfortunately that is not true, now we are scrambling around looking for an attachment to put on our new mower that we had to buy today to Fix the mess they left. I would not hire them again! Also I have proof. Mâ kay bye

This gentleman was prompt in returning my calls. Did a quote by text which was a great convenience and scheduled within just a few days. So pleased I asked for a quote on another job and hired him for that as well. Great company!

Upon completion job, I noticed damage to my vinyl siding and house stations.

Excellent customer service. Wasn t able to come on the original set date but communicated with me about situation and came next day.

They did not clean the house as I expected.

He didn t do a complete job, Miss parts of the house, didn t do the front porch at all. Was disappointed.

This man was very polite and a real hard worker. He came introduced himself, I told him what I needed done and he said I will get right to it. He made sure to move what ever he needed to and when he was done everything was back where it belonged. You could tell he took real pride in his work. It was a pleasure to meet him. I would definitely recommend him for your power washing job. I know the next time I need it done I will call him.

There are stains left on deck also gutters not clean underpinning damage.

Blastin Brothers were great! I contacted them to do my house/porch/ and driveway, and the employee who came out did great! They give free estimates and were willing to work with my schedule!
