If you use this company be sure to go over the finest of possible details before starting. And if you see something wrong make them stop all work until it is resolved to your satisfaction. I trusted them to fix an error they made and the resulting fix was not to my satisfaction and now my deck is not something I want to show anyone. It's functional and sturdy, but the finish work is very sloppy. I was reimburssed for the sloppiness and will try to fix some of it this year, but all of it won't get fixed because I would have to spend about $2,000 to replace all of the railing. I was promised (Before they started) that they would have their clean up guys haul away a couple of truck loads of junk I accumulated in my old shed that was torn down to build the deck they built. They took the good stuff that they could sell for scrap and left everything else. They never returned and the owner of this business, Trevor Washburn, was no help. I got several assurances from him that he'd get them back, but he eventually stopped replying to my requests. I've waited 4 months to give this reply to see if he'dd fulfill his promise and get the sub-contracters back to finish their job, and since he didn't I went ahead with this review. I've just about cleaned up all of the remaining junk, putting an extra bag in my trash pick-up for 3 months. Trevor is a really nice guy, but this job got away from him after his crew made a mistake and then compounded it by changing the railing design. And quite frankly I'm pretty sure he got tired of my complaining, because I had to do a lot to get it as good as it ended up. But otherwise I would have deck railing that is well below the 36 minimum height for a deck that is 9 feet off the ground. I've very recently changed my cell #, so if he wishes to reply to me he'll have to come by in person.
