Jim and his assistant worked hard to powerwash our large patio and driveway/walkway and they came out great!! Customer service was a high priority of Jim's and we really appreciated that. They removed all the patio furniture and misc stuff on the patio and put it back after they were done. Very professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier with our Patio and driveway. After 30 years of dirt, grime and who knows what else, it looks amazing!

The owner and his assistant, power washed a very large circular driveway and the total cement perimeter of my property. His work efforts exceeded my expectations and the 2 man team worked for 6 hrs. for a very reasonable price,It was a hot day and Wasco did a terrific job. I recommend Wasshco and will hire him again.

Jim and his crew were very thorough and VERY Professional. My roof came out looking new. The decks were amazing and saved me from having to replace them for several more years. Jim also seal coated the patio and created a showplace again in my backyard. GREAT JOB-Thanks again.

they are extremely competitive price wise. The owner usually works with the crew- that is a plus. It is really hard work but they get it all done properly and quickly.

Jim is one of the nicest service people I have ever had at my home in the 18 years I have lived here. He is friendly and I liked him from the moment I opened the front door and he introduced himself (when he came to give me an estimate). He is sincere and everything he told me on the day of the estimate was 100% done on the day he performed the service, and then some!. His helper, Kevin, was wonderful and I felt safe with both of these gentlemen. I will use Washco every time I need power washing done, which will more than likely be once a year. Jim and Kevin moved my patio furniture before performing the power wash and, at my request, even re-arranged a few things for me after they were done. They replaced all the patio furniture and umbrellas and did not leave until I was satisfied -- and I was! I would highly recommend this company for any power washing needs anyone may need.

Jim was prompt, and a joy to work with. His bid was reasonable and his work crew was very careful not to harm our plants while pressure washing our home.

When I submitted my request through servicemagic.com I received three phone calls within the first 5 minutes. Washco was not only HALF the price of other powerwashing services I talked with but they were also incredibly accomodating. I was calling a few weeks prior to needing them and where other vendors I talked with were pressuring me to have them come asap, James was happy to wait until I was ready. When I was finally ready, I called him at 3pm to let him know that any time would be fine for me and his team was here by 9am the following morning. His team was very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. My house looks beautiful!

Washco did an outstanding job! Our house hasn't looked this good since it was painted 5 years ago. The owner Jim is very professional, courteous and friendly. He is on time (actually early) for appointments which shows he is respectful of the homeowners time. We plan to call him again next year.

Mr. Franchetti was extremely responsive when we submitted our request. He was prompt and did a great job. After he was finished cleaning our gutters, we couldn't tell he had been there because he cleaned up and didn't leave anything behind for us to clean!

Jim did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, roof, and power washing my house. He was unable to get some debris stains off of my patio, but promised to come back with a chemical to do so when he is next in the area. ...and he did and successfully removed the stains!

Very happy with end result given. We had lots of surfaces wood (2 decks) & aggregate courtyard in addition to driveways patio & aggregate to be washed in additonal to sidewalks. Jim gave us a fair and reasonable bid and the results met all my expectations. Results are so nice - i will be calling on his services again. thank you -
