Called on a Saturday afternoon; within the hour, the Tech was at the house, and did the fix. Can’t remember the last time I had an appliance fixed day of; no need to order new part (it was on the truck) Cost as estimated. Yay!

The technician called me at 9am to advise me he would be at my home within 45 minutes. I explained the problem and within 5 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the parts. He left the old parts with me and was on his way in under 30 minutes. The day before I had someone come from a place I had used a number of times before who looked at the washer for 40 minutes with the only tool he used … his flashlight. The tech from Washdry Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful he replaced all the screws the guy from the day before took with him. It was a pleasure to have someone knowledgeable fix my washer and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Came and took the dryer apart, found out what was wrong and had the replacement part in the truck. The dryer was then fixed quickly and completely cleaned.
