The repairman was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the product repaired.

He found the problem with the freezer door and was able to fix it. I gave him 5 stars for the repair. During the pandemic, I wish there was six stars because he used disinfectant to clean the door and the surrounding floor. I would hire him again!

The actual owner of the company came out to look at my stove. He was very professional and honest he could of easily charge me for the parts to fix my stove However, he was honest and advised me for the price of the parts that was needed I was better off getting a new stove. Now keep in mind he is not in the stove selling business. True professional!!

Work was completed during Covid19 scare. Repairman was very professional, wearing mask and completely cleaned up all touched surfaces before he left. I would never by a Samsung refrigerator again but I would call this repair service.

They came and evaluated the problem. Gave me an estimate for the repair. We discussed it and agreed it was not worth repairing due to the age of the unit. I paid for the service call and was very satisfied that I was given good advice.

James, the owner of this business was excellent. He came when he said he would and repaired both a dishwasher and washing machine. He was a pro, very courteous and followed the Center for Disease Guidelines for Covid-19. He cleaned every surface he touched with a anti bacterial/ viral spray and even washed the floor. Very customer oriented business. I would highly recommend.

Responded within minutes of my request for a quote, and I was able to book a service call quickly. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his honesty as he told me he could fix my stove, but advised against it as the cost of the part alone was super expensive.

They responded to my HomeAdvisor "request quote" within minutes at 7:00AM. Scheduled arrival for 1:00-3:00 pm and arrived early. Ice maker was jammed up, which I could not see. It was a very easy fix. I wish he had offered a discount as it took less than a minute to fix, but a deal is a deal, and he did have to come about 10 miles. He was very polite and courteous and respectful of our maintaining social distancing during Coronavirus pandemic. If I needed to hire again, I would.
