Very quick to reply to emergency. Showed up next day. Added pan and alarm that previous installer said they couldnt. Very courteous and respectful. Was above and beyond expectations! The only small issue was that they were unable to show up near estimated time and didnt contact us, but after leaving a message, called back soon after and updated expected arrival time.

Nothing but praise for the Hot Water Express team. The 17 year old water heater at my moms house sprang a leak on a Tuesday evening and we had a fun time cleaning and drying the basement. I placed a request for assistance (Angi/HomeAdvisor) on Wednesday morning. Al from Hot Water Express got back to me within minutes. He asked several probing questions about the situation and had a very reasonable quote to me shortly thereafter. On the very same day, he and his assistant Jeremy visited my mom's house and knocked out the new system install within a few hours. WSSC came out a few days later and inspected the install and verified what I already knew ... these guys do exceptional work. Many thanks to Al, Jeremy and Earl. I have the peace of mind that my mom is not going to have any hot water issues in the foreseeable future.

The Tech Al provided an accurate quote, arrived on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. He was thorough, cleaned everything up, instructed me on how to operate and manage the new hot water heater and provided some tips. He was polite and worked to get the job completed quickly.
