Craig and his teenage son painted our house in Eastsound, Orcas Island in June 2018 and did a poor job. Some places I can see the old paint and some places I can see the raw wood. We live in Denver so were not at the house the week he painted and when we came to get the rest of the money 14K for the paint job he has done I pointed to him places were paint was scarce and asked him to come for a couple of hours and paint those spots at his convenience and he refused. After paying him 14K he said he only used one coat of paint and in fact the house needed 2 or even 3 coats of paint and in the contract there is specified 1 coat of paint. I have to say I did not read his contract very carefully but I am a 63 old woman, 4.8" height and I had to go on the ladder and paint this house all over again after paying 14K for someone to paint the house. This is not right. But I can see the difference between my painting and his painting and it looks much better, even I am not a house painter but rather work in IT.

Start to finish this was a great experience! We were quoted a great price, given personalized service at the recommended paint store, and all work was performed on time and budget. The care and attention on every detail was impressive; all trim and appliances were taped and covered, flooring and surfaces were also covered, and great care was taken to ensure all walls were prepped before the first paint was applied. The end result is excellent, my wife and I are VERY happy!

Friendly, courteous and extremely easy to work with. Very timely on communications , worked with our schedule and always showed up when they said they would. Great attention to detail and quality of work is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend or do another project with Craig.
