First, Butch answers his own phone which seems to be quite rare these days. He is punctual, professional, and responded quickly(less than an hour) to a minor issue we had with one of the windows. Butch has high quality, affordable options that we didn't find at other window businesses. He also directed us to a source for baseboard that was half the price of the local big box store for the same product. We would not hesitate to call on Butch for any future window work we may have.

Butch Weston was top notch and I'd recommend him for any window needs you may have now or in the future. He replaced a total of 13 windows at our property . He was transparent with his communication from the scheduling of the quote to the lead time for the windows to arrive to the completion of the install. When the windows arrived he scheduled to install them immediately. He's great to work with and someone we will use for any and all our window needs in the future.

Responsiveness, Value Butch was very kind and professional. I called him for an estimate, he scheduled right away. This was my third company, I wish it had been the first. He ordered our windows and provided updates on the delivery. They came out installed the windows and they look great! Now we have to get the rest of the house to match. We are more than satisfied with the product, service and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

Great customer service. Helped me repair broken bead trim pieces around several Andersen windows and a door. He also helped me obtain the measurements and part info needed to order the replacement parts. Great guy.

I chose Washington Replacement Windows after getting bids on replacing the windows in my home. I live in a 150 year old home, so I knew the job would present unique challenges. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Washington Replacement Windows. Not only was the price lower than the other bids, but the customer service was above and beyond. The work was done in a very short time, while the team always took time to answer my questions before, during, and after the work. Butch and his team kept my house incredibly clean, as well as the front lawn and porch.
