He came out and looked at the job right away, was a little late but the job he was working on took a little longer than expected. We agreed on a day and time when that day came he said he needed another week, then that day comes and he is late 4 hrs. then when he was to come back again he did the same thing to me! The very last time he never showed and never contacted me! The work he did do, I had to have him go back and redo a few things. He really has a scheduling problem and doing what he says he will do.
