Fast / straight forward quote, 30 or 40 dollars cheaper than others. Very friendly and helped determine the size of the dumpster needed for the job. Dumpster was dropped off on time and within 2 inches (no exaggeration) of where I asked them to drop it, without the drive even getting out of the truck. They managed to get that big thing down a narrow driveway with an entrance semi blocked by a tree on one side and the water meter just off the other edge. It showed up surprisingly clean (no smell etc - it was a dumpster so I expected it to be a bit nasty.. nope) with an easy to open door with an easy to figure out chain to lock it (heavy metal door would hurt if it was caught by the wind). Excellent communication (the ability to text msg was a plus) getting it removed as soon as we were done with it. If I ever need one for a project again; they have my business again - no question.
