We replaced our tile roof with new tile and underlayment. Highly recommend Watchdog Roofing and Restoration. Very thorough and a great crew. Chris Simms kept us informed from start to finish. Good people and a great experience.

Chris facilitated a thorough walk of the project and provided us with a great team to take care of the project at hand. Carlos and his team did an excellent job installing our new front door, new windows, and fixed rotted trim prior to painting. The work was done in a timely manner and met our expectations with a very fair price. Miguel then came and did a color test on our home to make sure we loved our paint colors before he got stared. He is a VERY hard worker and very understanding, especially after I changed my mind regarding the paint color on a section of our home. It spent a lot of time on the prep which I really appreciated. His attention to detail is superb! I cannot be more pleased with the outcome of our project. Our home looks 20 years younger. Every time I pull up to our home I smile as I am very grateful to those that put in the effort to make it look this good. I’d recommend these guys to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price. The team took the time to explain every step of the process, never pressured us into unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and communication was excellent throughout the entire project. They also made navigating the insurance process much easier than I expected, which was a huge relief. Working with Ken and his team has been an absolute pleasure! We originally contacted him during a rainstorm because a roof leak was damaging our interior ceiling. Ken didn't hesitate, he came out in the middle of the rain to inspect the issue and put a temporary patch in place. Because raccoons had severely damaged our roof, we ultimately hired Ken’s team for a full replacement. They were incredibly speedy, completing the entire project in just three days! The final result looks amazing, and we’ve already received so many compliments from our neighbors on how great it looks! They even painted our fence after our insurance approved the coverage. Ken was highly communicative, transparent, and easy to reach throughout the entire process. If I ever have roofing needs in the future, Ken and his team will be my very first call. Highly recommend!

We called Ken with Watch Dog Roofing to assist us with his expertise in regard to tile roofs on two of our homes. We had new siding installed wherein our rakes, flat and hip tiles needed to be removed and then replaced post the siding project. Long story short, the siding company hired a roofing company that didn’t have the expertise for tile roofs and we were at a stand still in completing the overall project that has been ongoing for several months. Ken came out ahead of time and reviewed our roof and then was gracious to come back a second time to meet with the siding contractor, roofer and us to educate and provide appropriate solutions to the roofing company so we can finally wrap this project up. Ken did this without asking us for any compensation for his time and expertise. We will call Ken for our future roofing needs as well as happily share his contact information with others. Ken is top notch!

Top notch contractor. Watchdog repaired our roof and a complete replacement of all of our siding soffit fascia & gutters. Ken was our main point of contact and was very communicative. He answered all of my questions and had suggestions that never felt pushy, only informative. True professional. The crews work showed craftsmanship on each phase of the project. My favorite part of is how they cleaned up after each site visit. There was never even a nail left behind and I checked! These guys have my recommendation and I'll be calling them back next time.
