Water Bay Pools

The overall experience was really nice watching my land get demolished and my pool being built. The only thing I would say is that I wish it was more even and not so lumpy on the bottom, but besides that the pool itself is great and me and my family have been really enjoying every moment of it.

The very best of the best...Punctual,Extremely Thorough, Efficient and professional. I am overwhelmingly pleased. We have been discussing for several years about putting a pool in our yard. WE wanted an inground Pool, the cost and time from start to finish was far too long to wait. We purchased our above ground Pool from a pool supplier online. Then researched for an installation company. We talked to three different companies. I knew it from the second I spoke to Thuy. They did a top notch job of installing the pool and building the deck and installing pavers! They were very accommodating as the project encountered unforeseen obstacles and changes to the initial project. Constantly kept us informed of what was being done. We are very happy with our new pool and lounging area!!!ð

I can't begin to describe how pleased we are with every aspect of our relationship with Water Bay. From their visit to our home to go over our project and give us an up front, no-nonsense estimate, to the follow up to completion, where they checked to see that everything was satisfactory, Keith and family were gracious, accommodating and professional. They were thoroughly knowledgeable about the work and completed it in a timely manner, in spite of a challenging install and weather delays. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and consistently called or arrived at the appointed times. I am pleased to give them my highest recommendation.

Water Bay Pool and their representative from sales to installation are a joy to do business with. We had an issue with the pump shortly after the installation and the issue was resolved in a few days. I Highly recommend this company. We love our pool and we are happy that Water Bay Pool is there to answer any questions and to service the pool very if necessary.

We feel very fortunate to have found Water Bay Pools! They took the time to explain every detail and were eager to make us happy. After the project was completed, the whole family was thrilled with the resultsâ ¦ itâ s absolute beautiful and feels fantastic!!! Keith provided us with written instructions but also gave us â first time pool ownersâ a class on pool care. He was also available days later when I came up with another question. If I could give this company more starsâ ¦ I sure would!!!

Good job but the sad thing is my yard is a mess as piles of dirt and roots are laying around and things they dug up from my yard and I now have to hire a Landscaping service to clean all this up it is a mess. But overall the installers took their time level to ground and a pool install is done
