I believe this is a newer business that is anxious to grow. The customer service included multiple planning and notification calls as well as excellent on-site communications. The team did a great job overall with communicating and providing the service. My house looks brand new!

Ty did great job on power washing siding. Took care of dirt and green stains. Looks brand new. Contacted him on Memorial Day and got a response same day. Was available on that day and came out and completed job. Great customer service.

They were delayed in coming - and came when no one was at home - I think they started the job (they left an extension pole behind, and some gutter droppings by the front porch), but they left before completing, and we have not heard from them since! We did not get a bill - but they did not finish the job - we would have been happy to pay if they finished. So, the value is high because we never got a bill or paid - but they did not do the job.

Raining weather delayed the work for a few days but when we got a sunny day, I could not. have been more pleased with the project. A professional job that was reasonably priced.

Unprofessional. No show, no call back, no rescheduling. A week of wasted time. Monday: Receive call to schedule appoint for Tuesday 1200. Tuesday: 10 AM receive call to cancel 1200 appoint due to weather. Reschedule to Thursday 1200. Thursday: 1200 - no show. Call several times, voicemail box full. Finally reach person at 1230. Told that they are running late, will be on site in 40 minutes. Call at 1400, no answer, call at 1430 no answer, call at 1500 no answer, call at 1530 no answer. Friday: no call, no reschedule. Total waste of my time. At least other companies answer the phone when they blow appointments.

He was initially very responsive, agreeing to come out the day after I spoke to him, having quoted me a price on the phone. He then showed up FOUR hours later than he said he would. He didn’t call or text to say he’d be late, though he did respond when I called him to ask when he’d get to the house. That said, he DID show up before 5 pm and he managed to do a thorough and careful job. No complaints regarding the quality or the price!
