Water City Inc.

No call no show.

I had Terry Abers at Water City install a Kinetico water softener two years ago, with a filter for the whole house. A year later, it was struggle to reach him - or anyone - to schedule a filter replacement. But eventually I did, though the guy showed up unprepared without the filter, so a half-hour job took several hours. But fine. This year for the replacement, I left several messages - none of which were returned. Finally, after calling again and again, someone answered and I had an appointment. No one showed, and I had to call again to find out what was going on. The woman who answered said someone would be out the following week - nothing. More calls message and nothing, nothing, nothing. Theyve totally ghosted me. This company is fine for install, but expect then to have to do a fair bit of legwork to take over and deal with maintenance. Youre better off with a different company from the get-go.

Sadly my experience is not similar to all the others which were why I hired Terry, based on reviews. I had a new water treatment installed. While work was adequate, after installation, found pipe cracked and leaking on the floor. The washer supply hose broke. Not sure how that happened as well co. had to replace the tank and; worked in the area. Left discharge hose on the floor instead of putting outside so the floor was damp and thought I had another leak. Hose missing off the salt tank in case it would overflow for some reason. Bought supply of extra filters, 6, tried to reach Terry 2.5 mos after install as it was time to replace sediment filter. They forgot to leave filters at the time of purchase. Tried texts and; even wrote a letter, no response. Hired handyman to help with a new filter as I needed to replace it and; did not know what to buy or where. Asked for a refund for purchased filters not received, no response. 3.5 mos later someone dropped off 5 filters, I purchased 6. I even offered to meet him partway or asked for filters to be mailed. Absolute silence, did he die, does not anyone else respond to customers. As a senior, I hired Terry as he was by far the most reasonable for the same equipment from others, cost mattered. However, I feel I was ignored, now what do I do should I need service. The water stream is fine at times, low at other times. Why. Spoke to well co and; they indicated has to do with the system. I feel very frustrated and disappointed after being told I was a member of the family & would be taken care of should I need anything. I was not.

Excellent timely response. Very professional.

water city came out on a sunday to assess my situation, provided me a options, provided a fair price, and installed a new water softener on monday.

Quick verbal response after submitting request for service, friendly, honest, upfront with no surprises.

Very cordial and courteous service. Made modifications to system to work and did not charge any extra. Made sure it was running to specs before leaving. Spent a lot of time on the job to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and courteous and made some modifications to the system to get it going without any additional charges.

Very responsive, good communication. Best price in San Antonio. Highly recommend Terry and his company.

JOB WELL DONE

A very excellent family company that delivers nothing but perfection. They arrived at the appointed time and was very professional, customer oriented, and really exceeded all my expectations. Their quoted price was exceptional for the quality of work received. A family company in my opinion is really the best!! Everything done was fantastic and the care and quality of their work clearly was the type of work that made me proud that I hired this family business. A family company that cares about you and their work proves it. I highly recommend this company to anyone!! You won't be dissapointed!!

The guys were courteous, did the job quickly and well -- and it was not easy with my older home built in the 1950s! Terry the owner was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot if needed.

Terry was very professional. He and Daniel got our RO unit installed quickly. Couldn t be happier with the work!

Look no further, Water City will meet your needs! K had 3 companies give a sales pitch, but a Water City was the Best value. The installation was professional and fast with the exact product promised. I’d choose Water City over the others 10/10 times.

Great price and installment. Terry texted rather than calling and I appreciated that because I feel pressured when providers call because I don't know about the service and I need time to look up info. I will probably have an RO system installed down the road by Water City!! Thanks Terry!!

All done as agreed.

did a good job

Great people! They were available to come out quickly. Terry was confident in helping us get rid of the iron in our water and that’s exactly what he did! We’re very happy with the outcome.

Installed water softener and RO. Fast, friendly, and great work.

Put nevo h2o system in for me did have do a little clean up after they left. piping could of been a little straighter but good. The nevo system still leaked so still working on that with that company.

On time replaced my water softner, polite and friendly.

They were able to fit me into their schedule with a week of contacting them. Crew was polite and friendly.

On time. Replaced failed pressure regulator and didn’t leave until everything was done and done right

Prompt and courteous. Great experience
