Analysis and repair of my current system was first. It is still ongoing. I understand that this is a service company; therefore their business is quite different than manufactures reps who simply want to sell you their fine new system. I believe that I have found the correct contractor for the job. Grateful. Update will follow, as this is a process for my old â uniqueâ system.

Rick was very attentive to our needs and kept the lines of communication open even when we experienced delays with our project (which was very much appreciated). Je showed up when he said he would, put in an honest days work and asked us to contact him for a follow up visit to make sure all things were working as expected. I wish all contracted work was as seamless as our experience with him!

Rick did a great job on my water softener. He went above and beyond with the service, and even called me to make sure everything was running properly. I'm sure he could have charged me for things I didn't need, as I know absolutely nothing about softening systems. Plus I'm a woman, which never helps. Great experience. I have been dealing with a lot of various contractors this past year. The service Rick provided is 100% better than any of them. He called me promptly when I expressed interest via Home Advisor and asked me what I had going on and what I was interested in. He called to confirm date/time he was coming out and actually showed up and on time. I have found this to be very rare among contractors. When he came out he asked me what was going on, checked things out and let me know what the problem was. He told me what solution he had and what it would cost and there was no pressure at all put on me to make a decision at that time at all. I decided to proceed with his company and paid a deposit. He was able to install my new softener within the week. He confirmed the install time/date via phone and showed up exactly when he said he would. He took away my old system and installed the new one. Its been less than a week but I have to say we have noticed marked improvement in our water and I have been very happy with Rick and the service he has provided. He said he will come back out in a few weeks to recheck the water quality and I have no doubt that he will. I only wish all companies worked like his. Wonderful experience and I would recommend to everyone.
