Technician on time, worked in a timely manner. Simple job but technician checked everything, really good job. Very pleased.

Company installed a water tank and filters in rafters of our basement since we were getting flooring and dry wall installed. A year later the tank ended up crashing to the shuffleboard below and spilling the contents all over the wooden table. We were hoping to work with the company to get a replacement or compensation for the table. We started the process with patience, understanding, and a willingness to work collaboratively with the company to make things right. We had minimal response from the owner and when we did hear back it was only to be repeatedly questioned on "how" this happened. While we understand investigation is important, the company was solely focused on absolving themselves from any responsibility to avoid helping us with a replacement or monetarily. After a month of minimal contact and with the threat to cancel our account, they offered 5 years of free maintenance service. We are now sitting with water damaged table in our basement that will not be replaced.

This top-notch organization is one I would highly recommend with no reservations. They stand by their product, treat clients with respect and communicate clearly. I love them and will continue to do business with them as long as I am on this earth.

Fast friendly customer service. They are wonderful to work with and my water quality is amazing. Love this company, highly recommend. I have had well water with high iron content and they make my water fabulous with their system. My hair and skin are so much softer and I use way less soap for dishes, laundry and showers. I had my austen installed about 5 years ago and would do it again if needed in any new home!!
