I had a leak in my kitchen that happened while I was away, I came home to my kitchen flooded and destroyed! I called 411, they came immediately and started getting all of the water out and drying the floors and baseboards right away. They are very professional, they care about you and your property, their crew is personable and efficient. It took no time at all for them to finish the job, my new kitchen looks beautiful and I owe it all to them!!!!

I had a different company, recommended by a local plumber, who came out and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage, mold, and would have to have another company come out and do reconstructive work once they were done because they would have to pull out cabinets and sinks and make big holes in the walls. He came out right away and was immediately able to tell me that my situation was not what the other company explained it to be, still urgent, but not the massive undertaking that the other company described, no mold, just water. He was able to bring in a crew quickly and began drying out my house right away. He is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated what would happen and followed through. The cost was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge and there was no structural damage. The technique he used was minimally invasive and only required us to paint a little where the work was done. I will recommend Lou Gil and 411 Restoration to anyone that I know who needs these types of services in the future and will gladly work with them again if I ever have the opportunity to.

I had a pipe break in the attic, so I contacted them to dry out the insulation in the attic and dry the wall cavities. They explained the process and they promptly installed the drying equipment and dehumidifier to remove the excess humidity in the dining area as a result of the wall drying. I was amazed at the technology. Onc it, the drying was complete, they patched the holes in the walls. With their knowledge and experience, the decision on who to use was straightforward to make. I hope to not have any more pipes break or leak but, if I do, I will not hesitate to call them again.
