Quick and efficient service

They responded the same day I had sent out a request for help fixing my dryer. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and was able to send a technician to my house that afternoon. Mike sent a text when he was on his way and explained why my dryer wasnâ t working. He ordered the part for me that day. The part came in within the timeframe they had said. They called Monday morning after the holiday weekend to schedule a tech to come back out to install it. Lee texted when he was on his way and was very thorough with his work. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me and my husband how to avoid this dryer issue in the future. I would highly recommend!

Very good . They arrived on time and installed the system. They also installed a new water tank I had gotten before I got a quote for the water treatment system at no extra charge. I was given instructions on how to check system and what each information meant. A Quality job. The system is working perfectly.

We had two Samsung refrigerators that were pooling water. On April 15 NE Filter and Appliance sent someone out to fix. He looks for a couple minutes and immediately orders the same part for both. $295 each. Returns in April 22 and installs the part. Then they were still pooling waterâ ¦ The guy comes back out on May 3 and uses a steamer on the two of them. One fridge is now working The otherâ ¦ still pooling water. I call again on Monday May 24th, they say they will send someone out, NO SHOW! I call again on Wednesday May 26th and they say they will send someone out. NO SHOW! I call that afternoon and without even looking at the fridge they just decided not to come but they have ordered another part which I would need to pay another $145 for. Iâ m curious as to why they just ordered a part and want to speak to a technician and so the scheduler says she will have someone call me. Crickets! 5 stars fir one fridge minus 4 stars for two no shows and the ordering of parts without even looking at the fridge

I had no refrigeration. The first guy ordered parts. The second guy came to install. Still no ref. The second guy was very nice, came back and found a hole in the compressor. He said the first guy should have shut off something, which caused the hole. Said he would discuss it with the owner. I called the owner, he said, he would reimburse me for the parts. Two weeks later no refund, I called. He said he needed to remove parts. I told him, ref. gone. I had to get a new one said I was silly if I thought he would refund me my money, and did not remove parts. Said he recorded our conversation, I was ok with what I said in conversation, but told him it was illegal to record someone without their knowledge. I advised I would contact BBB, Attorney General, and if it need be go to small claims court. I am 78 and feel taken advantage of.
