    This company is absolutely first-rate in every way. Jerry responded right away and came out the next day to assess the situation. A leak behind a chimney caused mold and rot in the bathroom wall which was extensive. Jerry's crew came out the next day and, with efficiency and expertise, removed the damaged material and set up machines to dry out the remaining portion of the wall. Jerry arranged for the asbestos removal in the flooring as well, and has initiated contact with a construction company to rebuild the wall. We could not be more pleased with Water, Fire, Mold. If there were more than five stars to give, we would give them.

    These guys were professional, fast, honest, and priced fairly. I almost had a house sale fall through because of Mold in the attic. Theses guys got right back to me and came to the house the following morning. They offered a fair price and started right away. It was done in under 24 hours abs the attic locked great. They wrote a great report to give to the buyers, and the owner even got on the phone with buyers to ease their concern and guarantee the work. Only company I’ll call for these types of problems now.

    We discovered flooding in the finished part of our basement. I immediately went to HA. Jerry, the owner of Water Fire Mold called me within an hour and was able to come over that day. In the course of a few hours, he and his crew had the all his drying and dehumidifier equipment up and running. They have continued to provide highly responsive and professional service and care. I would hire them again in a minute!

    Water, Fire, Mold was the only company that called us back during our water emergency on a Saturday morning in September. Jerry went above and beyond. He returned our call in 5 minutes and came within an hour. He was knowledgeable and reasonable. He got the water out of basement that day and left his equipment to dry the basement for several days. He treated all surfaces which prevented mold. He gave us expert advice on how to finish the job on our own as insurance didn't cover the ground water flood. His prices were so reasonable. We highly recommend Jerry and his company and wish we could rate him even higher 10++++

    Jerry and his team were great. Very quick response and very friendly. We were extremely pleased with the work done. We had mold and water damage and they took care of it all.     Water, Fire, Mold far exceeded expectations! I came home on a Sunday from a few days away to find I had water in the basement from a broken pipe. I received a call from Jerry within 5 minutes of the request and he and his crew were at my house within a few hours. They jumped right into situation setting up pumps and wet vacs as well as moving everything from the basement to the garage. Once the water was under control, he brought in industrial dehumidifiers that ran 24/7 for several days. Once the humidity levels were back to normal level, they applied an anti-mold agent to the floor to ensure that mold would not be a future issue. This was my first experience we water in my basement and the entire messy process was made easier due to the knowledge and experience of Jerry and his team. On top of it all, was the outstanding customer service I received all along the way. Jerry kept me informed and kept in touch throughout the process. I would recommend Jerry and his company - Water, Fire, Mold to anyone needed these services.
