He made it easier than I built it up in my mind to be, I canâ t thank him enough for his professionalism, wit, charm, and ease considering this was a leak that started in the master bathroom and went down into the bedroom below! Thank you Daniel for all your help. And a fantastic, easy to read report! Highly recommend this company And they werenâ t are costly as I thought theyâ d be either, thank you God! Hygienic Restoration and the owner did an excellent job in their identification of the mold where it was and devised a work plan that tested the mold , removed the mold and treated the areas in question. He kept me advised and was able to answer all the questions that I had. Daniel keep me informed and was very knowledgeable in the field. Iâ m super satisfied with the services from the checks to remediation. Daniel is very honest and did not go for the highest pricing but instead what I needed and provided great knowledge to help me understand what was best for my situation. Prices regardless are definitely a lot less than the other companies I consulted with, and I felt like the other places were telling me problems I had without inspecting in person or trying to sell highest price services. Iâ d def recommend consulting with Dan. I even actually felt a difference in breathing after he did the dry fog to remediate the mold. Couldn't be more happy!

Absolutely fantastic service! Daniel could not have been more helpful during the whole process before, during, and after the mold inspection. He is thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the results of the mold inspection in detail and offered advice on the best course of action. The price was better than the competition too. I highly recommend Hygienic Restoration and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I was so pleased with my survive I received from Daniel Skinner. He listened to what I believed my problem was and helped me to asses what would be the best plan of action. Luckily he fit me in for the next day that I called on a saturday. I was able to get my test results he sent to the lab by Tuesday. Super happy with his knowledge and level of friendly manor. The whole time I felt like I was having a friend help me with my issue not just a company that just saw me as a customer. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dealing with mold can be unfamiliar and unsettling, which is why hiring Daniel is such a good decision. He is knowledgeable and has great expertise and experience. That is very reassuring when dealing with such a scary unknown. What makes Daniel truly stand out is his ability to personalize and reassure during each step of the process, showing great care and understanding for the best possible outcome. None of us want to tear up our homes or property unnecessarily. Best of all, he was very fair and while cautious, did NOT overdo the process. Thorough but not excessive. We use these guys on every house we buy. Daniel comes and does home and mold inspection and tests for mold when needed. If mold is there we have them remove it. Always on time with test results and reports are simple to understand. Fast water mitigation services too. Cant go wrong with these guys.
