Water Flo is fantastic. From Nick Sunday who did the walk through and estimate to the office staff and the installers, all are professional and friendly. No waiting months for the work to get done. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. Everyone was on time. The installation was neat and clean. The explanation of the equipment was presented so it was easy to understand and the radon system installed has dropped my levels 3 units!

Great customer service - both on the phone and in person. Work was done quickly and professionally, with no mess left behind. Scott went over everything with me before he left, making sure I understood the next steps and when replacement filters might be needed. Highly recommend!

Prompt service. Very responsive over the phone. Had to have them come back after service to re-tighten a water filter that was dripping. Had them come out for a second service to evaluate a wet basement floor around the system. Service charge was high to tell me that nothing was wrong with the system.
