My hot water heater broke down on a Friday. I spoke with Nick late Saturday morning. He was at my house by 2:15 that afternoon and gone by 5:00. Nick was willing to take the time to answer questions I had and was very professional. Additionally, after getting many estimates, he was the most reasonably priced and did not upcharge for coming on a weekend. I would not hesitate to hire Nick again.

Nick was great! Prior to coming to my home, he FaceTimed me and talked me through how to replace the gas valve controller on my water heater - for free! Unfortunately I didn’t have the strength or skill to disconnect the gas line properly, so he came out the next day and quickly replaced it. He was professional, cordial, and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend him and would hire again.

I hired Nick to replace a Hot Water Heater. He showed up on time and even came outside of normal work hours to accomodate my crazy schedule. We agreed on a price and he did the job for that amount and nothing more. I have since hired him to replace a toilet and to replace galvanized steel piping including installing a valve to replace a leaky saddle valve. He even installed an outdoor faucet and did'nt charge me for it. Nick is a great guy and I feel like I can trust him around my wife and my daughter. Which is very important to me when I hire someine for any type of service.
