The PRICE of the work was quoted to the customer 6+ times before the work started. Took the call at 9pm at night told him pricing and he was good with it. Even told him I could likely warranty the tank and spent an hour at the supply house getting tank warrantied for customer. Then went and got him a power anode rod to try and prolong and prevent issues in the future like he is having. Also using a press tool is the industry standard and in NO way would affect flow so no clue where that statement comes from. Sad when you bring a water heater upstairs to a 2nd story condo in a confined finished area and do a good job for a customer where you told him multiple times the price up front which definitely wasn't abnormal or high and then your given negative reviews over doing a good job."
