Talked with Josh several times asking questions about brands of electric hot water heaters and costs to remove old leaking one and install a new one. His answers made common sense and after being told by a competitor that Matt was a really good guy & technician, we chose Water Heater Express. Absolutely right choice for us. The cost was in our fixed income budget, the timing was as requested and even when we questioned the water temp, Matt came back and adjusted it. Others had told us we needed a building permit. When replacing a "like with like", that was a lie. We also had a hot water circulator that others told us would need to be replaced. Another lie. Matt cleaned off the corrosion and it's working like always. We cannot recommend Water Heater Express highly enough!!

Tankless Water Heater Installation

Very friendly, transparent, honest and very fair pricing. Quality work and skill was top notch. Went back and forth with hybrid and tankless and after complete analysis of cost saving post install, we found the tankless to be the best option. We ask a lot of questions and they responded quickly. Very happy with our choice of product and contractor.

Had hot water problems, no hot water. Had a company come out , tell me I needed a new water heater and quoted me over 3200.00. I decided to send messages to other companies. This company Water Heater Express , talked to them over the phone, didn’t need a water heater. I have hot water now. WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING THEM AGAIN WHEN I HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS. 💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍👍
