I had a question about the status of an old A/C unit. I thought it was time to replace it. LG inspected and told me the unit was just fine. They could have easily tried to sell me a new unit. I call that integrity! You don't see that every day. You can bet when I need HVAC work done I will call LG.

The HVAC unit on our office building was vandalized and had stopped working. Lance Grandstaff responded to my online inquiry in what seemed like just a few minutes. We then set a time and he arrived as promised to assess the damage. He provided us with a competitive written quote and understanding the critical nature of getting us up and running, offered to return on Saturday to make the repair and he did just that. What a pleasure and an gem! Lance was professional, personable and a delight to work with. When my air went out they came the next day after I requested someone. They were the only company that called the same day within an hour of being sent to them And they were there at 7:00am to fix the air so I could get to an appointment. The man that came out was honest and professional. He told me I had one of the best units and it would last for years. He didn't try to do more than what was needed. The other companies call 2 days later, I told them to forget it. I would recommend them. I will be using them for fall maintenance on my heater.
