Write a ReviewOur old water heater was starting to fail. We purchased a new one from Home Depot, and contacted Angi for a company to install it. The Water Heater Specialists contacted us, and for $650 agreed to do the installation, (preferable to the $2,000 offered by Home Depot's contractor.) While the installer was on time, and professional in his manner, we had (Name Removed) out to do some additional work on our heat and air system, and as a courtesy, they looked at some plumbing issues we had. The Water heater had multiple errors in the install, including pipes which were not soldered into place,
Great work. Great price.
It took him a hour and a half to do the job of installing the water heater ad cost me 450 dollars. That is like 300 dollars a hour. To expensive. Specially since I bout a everything for the job
The water heater specialist was very helpful to see if I had a leak. Small job, but worth it.
Little pricey but it was great service
I am satisfied, they did a good job.
Thank you to The Water Heater Specialist. They were great; flexible with my schedule. They replaced/installed a new water heater the same day of my initial request. Efficient and reasonably priced. Well done!
Very personable and professional did a great job. I highly recommend them!
Troy is staying in Utah for just a few months today being Jan 11, 2022. He is on vacation, On the phone, he quoted me a price to cut off the edge of my countertop and also attach my downspout to my house of $75, and charged me $200 plus had me pay rental for his tools on top of that. That is just not good business where he advertises. He was a construction company he is supposed to have his own tools to prove he is a successful company. He knew the tools he needed for the job when I already explained what needed to be done before he came out. No handyman ever charges a client for renting tools he should already own. That is just not heard of.
Troy was very polite, cleaned up after himself as he worked, and was very attentive to my instructions.
