He was very informative and I selected Water Heater Pro because of the confidence and knowledge he imparted. Within a couple of days, Valentin came to my house to install. Valentin was also such a professional and did an excellent and job with the removal and installation of my new tankless heater. I am very pleased with my selection to use Water Heater Pros

Came out quickly, did a great job at a good price! Update- 2 years later--If you are having issues with your hot water heater, DO NOT CALL Water Heater Pros. They will recommend you purchase a new hot water heater without identifying the issue, then when it doesnâ t fix the issue, they will give tons of excuses skirting the issue. About 2 years ago we purchased a house and were having issues with the water not getting very hot so after reading reviews online, we called Water Heater Pros. They recommended that we get a new water heater. This was understandable because our water heater was about 20 years old, so we purchased it without question. Once installed, we noticed a slight improvement, but the water still did not get very hot. So we asked the Water Heater Pros employee that installed it and he came up with various reasons this could be happening, such as, the water is traveling a long way in the pipes and losing heat. Being new to the area, we believed the excuses and did not push the issue. Also a few months later it warmed up outside and it seemed the issue went away. Well once winter arrived the problem came back but we continued to believe the issue was not really fixable due to the structure of the house, etc. We live in a master planned community with identical style houses so after a couple of years here, we started chatting with our neighbors that have identical houses and it turns out, they donâ t have an issue with their hot water even though our floor plans are the exact same. This is when we realized Water Heater Pros was feeding us BS, so I gave them a call to see if they could come out and fix the problem. I was fully expecting to (and happy to) pay full price to get the issue resolved but when I let them know the problem and that they installed our hoy water heater (2 yrs earlier), they said they arenâ t plumbers and we should call a plumber if we are having an issue. So we called a plumber and they flat out said â if you got a new hot water heater, you should have had HOT water.â So, I called Water Heater Pros back and they got very defensive about how they arenâ t plumbers, they just install water heaters. I suspect this company has good reviews because they are very nice when delivering the excuses about why you arenâ t getting what you paid for. BUYER BEWARE.

Professional job installing a tankless water heater. They were quick and kept all pipe work low profile and out of the way in a small space.

10 year old, 28 gallon water heater didnâ t want to fire up the pilot light. Decided to change her out for a little larger 40 gallon Bradford White. Water Heater Pros scheduled me for a Monday afternoon but someone else canceled, so they called and asked if it was ok to come in the morning. The Technician was very courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He installed the new water heater, checked and tested to make sure everything was in proper working order. Cleaned up and hauled away the old unit. I have to commend him on a job well done. Highly recommend them for competitive prices and trained technicians. I will use them again in the future. Thanks
