I appreciated that they came sooner than confirmed and stayed to replace the water heater after finding that the initial repair revealed other issues.

Alex Diaz in office handled my call professionally and efficiently. Was thrilled that Jorge, the water heater installer spoke Spanish as my tenants in Oakland 2-1/2 hrs from me only speak Spanish. Jorge did a super job and called before he started work and when he finished. The price was great and would highly recommend using Water Heaters Masters.

Professional and quick response. Was a bit leery because the cost was 55% of two other bids. You pay for what you get EXCEPT in this case. Appt was made for the very next day (even though it was Sunday). They even showed up 5 min early. I got more than a bargain. I would definitely use them again !!!

I left a voicemail on Saturday morning around 9:30am and received a call in just a few minutes. They gave me an appointment for that morning, arrived just before 11am, a few minutes early. Jorge offered to replace the water heater part and also the option of a new Bradford White 50 gallon tank. I went with the new BW tank and he gave me $50 discount. Install was done quickly and professionally; they came prepared and due to COVID-19, they had masks on the entire time which I really appreciated. Explained everything, took the old tank and cleaned everything up beautifully. I would recommend them and hire them the next time I need another water heater replaced or repaired.

They were the less costly from the four bids received.

I had an appointment to replace my water heater on a Thursday as it developed a small leak. However, on the day before my scheduled appointment, the leak increased to the point it became an emergency. They sent someone out within a few hours to replace it.
