Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We were in need of a replacement water heater and hired Pro Water Heaters NJ for the job. They were prompt and professional and performed the replacement without problem for the price quoted. When we had some difficulties with PSE &G about our rebate application, Stephen went out of his way to make sure that we had everything PSE&G required.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
It is said that you do not know a person until there is a problem. We purchased WH ($1740). Throughout Steve was professional, courteous and attentive. But when the instruction book taped to the WH fell off a week or so later, there was a noticeable. dent. (I.E. the book was placed there to cover the noticeable dent.) That's when the problem started and Steve was not longer professional, courteous and attentive. His attitude completely changed. He told me he was angry with me after I texted him my concerns as follows: (1) the WH will not be approved by the inspector; (2) regardless if cosmetic (as Steve claimed) or not, the product has a defect; (3) upon sale of our house, a home inspector may make it an issue with a buyer; and (4) customary business practices dictate that the customer be offered some type of refund. As an aside, nobody can convince me that the young installers did not purposely cover the dent with the taped on booklet. But Steve would not accept this probability. Moreover, he blamed the manufacturer, the box the WH came in and would not, one iota, express an understanding of my displeasure as a consumer. He insulted my intelligence by repeatedly referring to the dent as a scratch., which it is not. I ended the call when he stated that i was "belittling myself." So, you really don't know who you are dealing with until there's a problem. That said, I can appreciate favorable reviews when the job is done without an issue. But let me warn you. Once there's a problem, and Steve has been paid, do not expect his initial professional and courteous demeanor. Nich

"I'm very sorry but to say quality customer service and you felt a need to say we didn't clean up after install but we installed your old heater that was leaking and made a little mess with water we didn't add to it but we do plumbing work and get heater out and in but we do not clean up the old leaking heater water we don't shop VAC them basement"

The workers showed up when they was suppose it, which was Great. Not to much interaction at all - No what to expect meaning there will be air pressure in the pipes or to show me how to turn up the pressure or temperature of the Hot water. Also, the left behind the Big box the Heater came in, I was told they didnâ t have room in the truck and itâ s normal to leave behind the Big Box.. Overall the install was fast and Iâ m Happy..

He was 4 hours late and I was about to call another company when they finally showed up. I had several appointments that I had to cancel because of them. They were in such a hurry that they also did not install bricks under the heater to provide a gap for a catch basin.

"I really feel for this customer that says we were four hours late to an appointment we are plumbing contractors and we have to finish the job before us so each customer gets the service that they require as bricks under a water heater that is not part of the installation and you cannot put bricks under heater as a plumber we would know that but unfortunately, the customer does not I am sorry the customer feels this way and he additional, do you want to give feel free."

My water heater was fixed quickly and efficiently but the workman carried on a running conversation with a friend over speakerphone during the whole process, sometimes using profanity. Also, the 4% surcharge for using a credit card was not mentioned when I made the appointment.

"I am very sorry for my employee talking on the phone while he is doing your installation I am sure that you understand sometimes a helper talks on the phone to a friend during the helper process as for the credit card 4% you were absolutely told we take all forms of payment including credit card but it comes with a 4% fee it is also on every invoice that we give our customers sorry for the miscommunication or the misunderstanding thank you."
