Quote for Tankless- spoke to Jon who was very friendly & helpful. Nate came out to put quote together & was very thorough. Told me tankless wasn’t best option right now due to owning old house & need to make few other changes 1St. Told me there was MAJOR issue with CO2 venting of current water heater & offered to fix “NOW” for very reasonable price. Put my mind to rest. 100% recommend & once we get changes made we will use them to install new system.

Nate was a great technician. He was on time and took great care with his shoes, and equipment in our home. He arrived during a very snowy time so his efforts were much appreciated. Service was completed in the time frame quoted. All is working well! Price was a bit on the high end for quotes we received but Water Heaters Now was available the day we called making the higher cost well worth it as others at the lower prices were quoting multiple day wait times. Would definitely recommend this company!

Nate was prompt, friendly, helpful & patiently answered my questions. During installation he discovered the chimney connection for water heater was blocked. There was a second unused connection, for the old furnace. He examined at and said it was suitable & used that one for the water heater. I was impressed that knew the unused furnace flue could be used. Saved me from expensive chimney repair. I was very impressed.

I hired WaterHeatersNow for replacing my old tank water heater with a Rinnai RUR199iN tankless water heater. The technician, Nate came in on time. Before starting the work, Nate discussed his work plan with me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was willing to take my suggestions and was willing to accommodate my suggestions into his work plan. He planned his work in such a way that the hot/cold water supply interruptions during the install were minimum. He cleaned up the work space after the work was completed. He did a fabulous job! Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend WaterHeatersNow for anyone who is looking for water heater install.

Our water heater leaked from a rusted out spot on a Sunday afternoon. Went to Angie on Monday morning to get a professional out with a new water heater, hoping we could get it done by Wednesday or Thursday. WHN responded to my request with an indication they could have the work done that same day. I hired them, and true to their word, the work was completely done by 1:00 PM that Monday: less than 5 hours after I first spoke with them. There was a smallish premium (~$200) for that level of speed, but it was worthwhile for us to not have to wait to have this done.
