My first service provider quoted me an â  All-Inâ  price, however, when they showed up the first thing they said was that it would be an additional $300 because they had to redo a lot of the plumbing because they only had a tall water heater tank. My original tank was shorter. I asked if they could provide a short tank and they said no. I said I would like to hold off and they were fine with that. I was bummed because my heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I started looking online for short water heaters and ended up being directed to â  Water Heaters Nowâ  . I called and ended up leaving a message for Jon. Jon called back within 15 minutes and spent time with me on the phone and asked me several questions and for photos of the old tank and space. (Previous company did not ask about anything except for gallon size of old tank). Jon provided me a quote which was $25 lower than my first quote and said they could have a technician out there within a couple hours. He said they will send two tanks of different sizes and the Technician would determine what tank works best. Aiden showed up and determined that the shorter tank would work just fine. Aiden was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why! He left me with instructions on maintenance and said they would follow up annually. As you can tell, I have said a lot about this company and there are more good things to say! I asked if they provide other services and Aiden said they are looking to expand. I highly highly recommend this company! Great experience! Oh, and they gave me a nice coffee mug as a gift!

John guoted a price of $2310.00 for a water heater. The cost ended up being $3350.00.....$1040.00 over his quote. I would not recommend using this firm. Furthermore, we did not get any paperwork to prove that the unit has a 15 year warranty. Shady operation!!!!
