Water Heaters Only, Inc. was founded in 1968, to serve the needs of customers that specifically required service, repair and replacement of water heaters. Our founder had the foresight to develop this company into a distinguished service success with the longevity of over 58 years in the hot water heater business. Our Mission: To be quick, honest, reliable and fair to all that we serve in the water heater repair and installation business. To focus ourselves on quality and integrity for each and every customer experience, and to give back in non-profit support to the local and global communities in which we serve.

Water Heater Heaters Only was amazing. My water heater developed a puncture on the side and started leaking water very quickly. Since this happened during the night, we didn't discover it until the morning, after our laundry room and garage had been inundated with water.
When I called them, they guided me through locating the switch to shut off the heater, and in less than 24 hours I had a new water heater installed. I felt their pricing was very fair, and Marcus Booker was an outstanding technician who did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

They were unable to repair my unit, and throughout the process seemed more interesting in doing a replacement than a repair ($3800). Tankless Water Heater Repair & Plumbing had my existing unit up and running in less than an hour for $435 including a de-scaling. They are the ones you should call... see the servicers on the Noritz website.

I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts.

The water heater stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to get a technician to my house in about 45 minutes. Mario quickly evaluated the problem and fixed it. Very thorough and professional!

Woke up for work and noticed a leak from the water heater. I was quoted $1500 over phone for a 50 gallon tank. Technician showed up on time and quoted me a charge of $1650. I informed him that the person on the phone quoted me $1500, he mentioned that I needed an additional overflow pipe and a round pan to be placed at the base of the tank, and that was the reason for the additional charge. I had a $50 coupon from Angies list that I was able to use. I had to go to work later in the day so I didn't have the luxury of shopping around for a better price. When I arrived at work I mentioned to my co-workers how much I was charged, my colleagues mentioned that I had paid too much! Three of my co-workers paid between $1000-$1200 for their fifty gallon tank. If you have the chance to shop around it may be in your benefit to shop around. I'd like to finish this review to say that the work was completed well, the technician cleaned up after his work very well. Customer service over the phone was good and an email I sent to them was replied to expeditiously. I suppose they're not the cheapest game in town. Hopefully the tank will last for some time!

Not every job is the same, some will have access issues, some will need code upgrades and so on. It's important when shopping around to compare apples to apples in order to get a fair comparison. We've been in business since 1968 so we've made it our company policy to meet or beat our competitors written quote for the same work. Our service doesn't end when the job is done. Someone is available to speak with any time 24/7/365 should a question or issue arise. We also warranty and stand behind our work. I apologize if you did not clearly understand our "over the phone estimate". It is standard protocol with our phone technicians to give a High to Low estimate, only, as we cannot see your water heater and any potential problems around it, until we're on site. We base this range on what we are told and our 50 years of experience for similar situations. I hope this clarifies any concerns you may have had."

I called several companies about water heater replacement and the response from this company was the best. One company promised a call back and never got it, another company seemed to be occupied with something else while talking to me, and others just didn't answer. The rep I spoke with on my initial call was polite and was able to get someone out the next day. That was great since we had no hot water! On the following day the service technician called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived on time on the early end of the time frame given. After speaking with the office we agreed on the price and Fabian our technician was able to start the replacement right away! Fabian was great, very professional and polite. He helped me move a shelf that was in way and he put it back for me when the work was complete. Any mess that was made was cleaned up and he hauled away the old one. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit and we were so glad we could finally shower! I would recommend this company and use them again if I needed to!

In the 12 years that we have owned our home, I can honestly say that Water Heaters Only is the BEST company we have dealt with in having repairs done. It’s too bad they only work on water heaters.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve.
