Water Improvement Technologies

I had been a customer with WIT for the past 2.5 years, receiving their $325 annual service to our system on time every year and just recently had a motor fail in our 3 year old system, and because of the interactions with the technician, the inconsistent promises by the owner and being over charged, I fired them. The owner proceeded to call me after I told the CS rep they're fired, and berated me with excuses why they broke their promises and focused on some wiring issues, while all along I just wanted to hire someone to replace my rain soft motor. The wire is a daisy chained Dc cable that came apart. I already had ordered replacement correct length DC power cord, and didn't care about them fixing it. But we never got to that because the owner wouldn't stop talking and defending their prices and procedures. I had to take down my Google review, as I believe the owner was being ugly (called me a bully, liar, and said I'm not their customer), and I am afraid of what other ways they will retaliate. It is $300 for them to show up. Even if you tell them the issue, provide photo evidence of a part issue, they do not show up prepared with potential parts on hand. It is then another $300 for them to return with the part. Y'all, I called rain soft directly and ordered ordered the part, and their tech walked me through replacing it all within 25 min. For free.

Great to work with. A great service at a reasonable cost.

After our water heater broke down, the process of finding a plumber when we didn't have one was not pleasant. But once we found this company, it was smooth sailing. I wish we had hired them long ago for all our water problems.

Very knowledgeable and professional

If you have well water and you have high levels this system fixed all of the issues. When you see the system and how they put it in was outstanding. They put the system under my house and it is perfected. They were neat all paper or anything that was dropped was picked up. The water taste really good and my tech Michael and Chris were fabulous. All people should be this way when doing this type of work. The experience was so great!!! Thanks guys!!!â

They were fast in their installation. We had a leak with the kitchen faucet and they returned the day we called and fixed it. Weâ re completely satisfied with their system and workmanship.

A little pricey

Compared to the rest of the bidder, they were more in line with $1600 - 1800 range.

Purchased a home where equipment was already installed and explained how the systems worked and should be maintained. Replaced an existing small water filter with a much larger and better one. Expensive, but now offering better well water quality.

Salesman very knowledgeable and did not use pressure tactics (unless you consider the offer for some additional things if we signed agreement right away as pressure), installer very competent; overall it seemed a little pricey but then again they have to pay for the equipment, the salesman, installer, city inspection, lifetime warranty, overhead, soap products (that should last for years). The savings we will get from reduced amount of soaps and maintenance (soft water should reduce toilet and faucet maintenance) offsets some of the costs.
