Excellent work. They got on the job immediately when they saw the mold - didn't even wait for a contract. I've called on them for other problems and they've been right there. Would call them in a flash if I needed that kind of work.

Roof inspection was good. His quote for replacing roof is very very high comparing other companies in Angieslist. I did get roof replaced with other company my ch cheaper and with same warranty.

Excellent service. Bryan and the team were able to find and fix our leak on the same day as the visit. We purchased an Angie’s Lost deal, which was deducted from the total cost of the job. Brian came out, on time, to give me a quote on fixing the leaks, one set of 4 windows and one set of 3, both 2 stories above deck. I know water leaks are tricky to trace, so his explanation on that was no surprise. There were a lot of loose ends on the trim from the last time someone replaced bad glass; he said he'd address that. (By the time those ends came loose years ago, the repair work was out of warranty.) He checked the water damage inside, the windows outside, gave me his recommendation, what he would do and how he would do it, and a bid. I had him put me on his schedule, as he was booked out aways. Brian called when my job was getting near the top of his list, which was helpful schedule-wise and also a relief, as I knew the time was near when I would not have to be home every time it rained to keep the water run-in under control. Brian and another guy arrived on time and got right to work. The windows looked fantastic when he was finished!--everything all tight and ship-shape, with new silicon seals all around. They look really good. Brian said to call him if there was any leakage. Where's a big windy rain storm when you need one? :) It was months before I had a storm with rain driving almost perpendicularly into the windows. That's when I knew Brian had stopped all the leaks. If anything other windows leak, I won't hesitate to call Brian.

I waited a few months before writing this report.  My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped.  The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly.  The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed.  The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair.  The site was left clean after the completion of the work.  In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost.  No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time.  <br /> Although roof leaks can be difficult to assess, the company experience provided accurate diagnosis and repair. <br />

Completely fixed the problem.  Very clear estimate, willing to work with us on the price/warranty combo to fit our budget/needs.  A little hard to get in touch with relative to scheduling, etc.  But overall it was a good experience and we'd use them again. <br />

The company makes an initial inspection, quotes the price, which covers returning to continue researching the source of the leak until it is completely repaired.  It's not always easy to locate a leak, so return trips are sometimes needed until the problem is found and finally repaired.  Which is what happened in this situation.  The source was finally located and repaired on the third attempt.  No matter the amount of return trips to fix the leak, the fee of $1000 does not increase.   <br /> This company is professional and does great work. <br />

Water Leak Specialist worked with us from July thru early October.  We picked a company that did both mold removal and fixed leaks.  We had a small basement leak for some time but didn't really get worried about it until this past extremely rainy June.  We knew we had a bit of mold but it just grew uncontrollably once all that rain came.  A lot was hidden due to the huge bookcases we had in front of the affected walls.  Water Leak Specialists came in to give us a bid and immediately smelled and saw the danger.  We hired them on the spot.  They fit us into their already busy schedule so they could first work on the mold due to the danger.  Our basement door was swollen shut from all the rain and we couldn't get out the affected items so WLS fixed the door for us.  They worked two days before even asking for any $$.  They treated the area first so we could get down there and go thru some items.  They came back and tore out all the bad wallboard, treated the area for mold to be sure, left an air filter for days, etc.  We were scheduled for a trip so we waited to have the leak fixed until we got back.  They did go around the perimeter of the house and repaired holes in concrete, walls, etc., to help with water leakage.  They put in a new sump pump as the one we had wasn't working.  Another great rain revealed a major problem with a gutter drain because our basement ended up flooding.  They answered the phone late at night as we didn't know what to do and came bright and early the next morning to leave equipment  hat would soak up the water.  They also found the problem outside and fixed that.  Later we had them check for drain tiles to see if we needed to add drain to sump pump.  We didn't have any  and they did that, too.  They concreted the floor after adding the sump pump lines/drains.  Again, a lot of work done before asking for $$.  They always came when they said they would, always answered the phone or returned phone calls.  Were very polite and mindful of the cats that lived in my basement.  Carried away all of our infected moldy items,  We were extremely pleased with their work.  The fact they were concerned for our safety regarding the mold and fitted us into their schedule to take care of that meant a lot.  If there are any other leakage problems in the future, we will call them again - I trust their work.  Bryan and his company are A #1! <br />

He was very professional and good to work with, he owned the company and was an honest guy.  they fixed the problem, he explained the issues etc.  a couple weeks later water spot re appeared.  he came out right away, "did the job himself' instead of crew and it seems to be fully repaired. i will use him again. <br />

They were prompt, thorough, extremely neat and very professional.  Bryan Wilson, the owner of the business was extremely responsive at all times via text, phone and email.  The garage leak was not completely fixed upon the first visit but when we called to report that, they were here the next day to do some more work on that at no charge and there is no sign of a leak now.  Bryan and the Water Leak Specialist company employees proved to be one of the best contractors we have dealt with and we can highly recommend them for water leak problems.

Water Leak Specialist, Inc. did good work for us and absolutely stood behind their guarantee of resolving leaks to the customer's satisfaction.  This was a particularly frustrating job for both me and the company as it was difficult to find and required them to be out here multiple times to resolve the issue. <br /> However, I was very pleased with their responsiveness and attention to detail in getting the job done correctly.  It was also noted that when Bryan determined that we were dealing with a plumbing issue, he brought in a plumber who had the experience required to help resolve the root problem. <br /> Nice job overall and I'd recommend Water Leak Specialist to anyone who has a leak in their home that they are not able to easily track down. <br />

I selected Water Leak Specialist after speaking with other companies. Most other companies immediately wanted to install water channels...unfortunately that was not the problem. It was a crack in the foundation. This company offered a fair price and explained the method for the repair. Details: He laid tarps on the floor and plastic around the area of the drilling to reduce dusts...and cleaned up afterwards!! They were careful to ensure that their repairs stopped water leaking and seemed to really care about doing a good job. I was impressed.
