Dave was great to do business with. I explained that my almost 16 year old water softener needed to be either refurbished or replaced. Dave answered all my questions and gave me two options with details and complete pricing. It was more cost effective to replace the system. The price was very reasonable for a quality Clack two tank (high capacity resin + Centaur catalytic carbon) system with brine tank. Dave arrived on time as scheduled, removed the old system and installed the new system very expertly. The new system works as expected and we are very pleased with our new water softener. I would highly recommend WaterMedic for servicing or replacing a water softener and/or R/O system.

CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, HONEST & REASONABLE SERVICES!! THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! My water softener I never use started making loud noises. I called Dave at Water Medic that I was referred to by two people. He called me right back at 8 am and had me send pictures. I tried to turn it off with him giving me instructions over the phone but it sprayed out water. He said that wasn't good. He told me he'd be out that day after his work day. He and his helper, both who were super friendly and knowledgable, came out removed the water filter and completely redid my old piping. It looked so great (3/4's less than the piping that was there) and his price was very, very reasonable. Let me tell you, after so many companies I've dealt with out here since moving to FL, who don't do a thorough job or don't even show up when they say and then charge me above and beyond reasonable rates it was so refreshing to find an honest thorough business owner who actually cares about doing the job right and not taking customers for every dollar they can get! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dave!!
