Great company! Came earlier than scheduled knowing I had been without water for 4 days. Repair took longer than anticipated, ran into snags from initial installation from a different company. Explained each step as the repair was completed and educated me on future care. I would highly recommend their services!

Honest,teachable to my son,took time to explain everything even though I had no clue what he was talking about then he took a different approach to explain on a term I could understand . He could have ripped me off money wise and I would not have known. I married a computer nerd that gets underpaid like most hard working people. Amazing service!! My water pump failed on Saturday afternoon and Craig had it fixed within hours. My water pump had a dangerous electrical rigging that Craig identified and fixed on the spot. Craig is the real deal in five star service; courteous, professional, honest, and he knows his business. I will use him as long as I live in Chapel Hill and I recommend him to everyone!

After the job was complete he cleaned up after himself and what the previous workmen had left behind. He left the area looking fresh and he made sure installation dates were easily found on the new tank in case I would need additional work down the road or would need to use the warranty.

My problem was standing water under my house. I went to Home Advisor and selected Water Pro Pump Service, Inc. I called Mr. Hutson and he agreed to come the next day. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way and didn't do anything without letting me know first what was required and the approximate cost. He left the area neat and clean after the job was done. He also checked my well before he left. Water Pro Pump Service, Inc. and Mr. Hutson is now my go to guy for any well and pump problems.

We called and he was there within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Even came back the next day to make sure we didn't have any additional issues! He is Great!!!!
