I was extremely impressed with David, his wife and his crew. They wanted the job, worked hard and did a great job on a very difficult project. Did it in one day, cleaned up the site and their charges were extremely reasonable. I'd hire them again in a flash.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient and did more than I expected. Compared to the company I used before and they who only cleaned bathrooms and floors on the first floor of my 2 story home. Montecito cleaned my whole house and actually cleaned and not just dust. They are a true asset I would recommend to anyone!

I had a huge 25 year old stand of blue agave that was out of control. David was an absolute beast of a worker and I've regained my yard! I'll be calling them again and recommend them highly.

Alecia, Mercedes, and Merta made my day. I felt as though I had employed them for many years. They were professional yet friendly. Listened to my cleaning needs, arrivrd on time, they were focused and paid attention to details. I hope to work with them again in the future.
