The experience beginning with Scott coming out to test the water to Jim installing the water softener tank and reverse osmosis unit was great. They are very professional and informative and the price was just right. I will highly recommend and will refer this company to any family or friends looking to improve their water.

good quick repair... but service man came in with wet and dirty shoes tracking and when presented bill did not say what he did and what cost was....just asked me to sign

I found this to be the perfect customer service experience! Joe was professional, friendly and informative. He quickly diagnosed my problem and immediately fixed it. Fortunatley it wasn't a big issue but rather a couple of small issues. He also carried in ten 40 bags of salt for me. He explained some features and showed me how to manually recharge the softener just in case it ever needs it. I HIGHLY recommend Water Specialties Group. this is how a service call should be done.

They came quickly and gave a preliminary diagnosis of our problem, but wanted the water test results before confirming. Once confirmed, they had the perfect solution with cost-effective options. They installed the equipment and explained everything well. On top of that, they were nice people to work with.

Water Specialties was quick to get someone out to our house (within hours) when I called them, and they replaced our broken water heater with a new tankless one a few afternoons later. They were polite, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. I trusted Rory right away when he was able to show me literature and diagrams about everything he was going to do and tankless model options. He explained how they worked and helped me understand something I knew nothing about. His work is top notch, and our water heater is great! Would definitely hire again!

I was able to schedule my appointment in a short time frame which was great. They called and gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be coming. They were here in that time frame. I have never had my water softener checked or serviced since it was installed so I really didn't know what to expect. They replaced injector, ran softener through a cycle and then checked my water to see that it was working.

Overall Iam very pleased and will continue to recommend this company that rearranged their Saturday schele to meet my needs. They installed a timer that ewas under warranty without any fuss, and had to actually return to change it oout, sticking to the warranty.

Bob was very prompt and professional. He listened to what I had to say, and worked with me to come up with a good solution. He was flexible on scheduling the work. The crew arrived on time and worked all day, not leaving until all the work was completed. They spent time with me to make sure I understood all the controls and required maintenance.

We had WSG install a high-end water treatment/softening system. Amidst many assurances of warranty, this system completely failed after eighteen months. Though we've always had iron in our well water, as evidenced by toilet tank deposits, WSG's water analysis had indicated no need for iron treatment. In 18 months' time, the unit became completely clogged with iron, preventing water flow in the house. The company's response was to offer free repair of the unit, providing we spent $3500 on a hydrogen peroxide based iron treatment unit. Hardly free, and hardly representative of the quality they touted so heavily. We can't recommend them.
